Very nice hotel in a good location. Quiet room and spotlessly clean, good spacious shower, comfortable bed, well stocked mini bar in the room, friendly and helpful staff, good selection for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again 5*

For second times like to stay there, the room i rent suddently not available, but the owner give another room which more good without pay extras or etc)

Like anywhere else there are pros and cons. The main pro is the location, it is located right at the city centre, close to many restaurants and beautiful city attractions (Internacionalnaia 15). The lady on the phone is nice and responsive. I would say it's the only pros that I can mention.. Cons: not so clean, old property, on the 5th floor, without an elevator. Terrible smell of cheap refresher that can't be ventilated.. Musical school sharing the same park, the noise is making you feel in cognitive dissonance.... NO Parking, good luck to find one. Overall I can't say it was a bad experience, but not so great..
