「La atención por parte del personas es increíble, tanto el chico encargado, como las camareras y la gente de cocina, o del bar, creo que recibí un trato muy cordial por parte de todos. El servicio de desayuno está bien, y la ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, está al lado de las pozas termales o del río. Sin duda si vuelvo a Arnedillo repetiré mi estancia con ellos.」

「Room smelled of urine, after it was cleaned it smelled ok, but the urine smell returned. Beds were hard and not comfortable. Lots of rules, can’t take breakfast back to room, can’t eat in the lobby. I heard the word forbidden so many times. I asked for two wine glasses and they gave me juice glasses… they have a bar. Parking garage is a huge challenge getting in and out using a car lift. Our car was fairly small and it was still a challenge. The staff has to assist you to get your car out....

「We enjoyed the stay at Finca de Los Arandinos. The design of the room was so special and amazing. The staff of front desk was nice and helpful. She introduced the facilities of the room to us in detail. The scenery nearby was beautiful. We enjoyed the food and wine at the restaurant of hotel.」
