habitacion limpia, pero tengo que decir que no habia escobilla para el wc, personal amable, la piscina no la disfrute pero tenia buena pinta y el desayuno es de buffet, pero tampoco lo probe. en general es comodo y tranquilo con facil aparcamiento

Profesionalidad mejorable

Empezaré porque pedí habitación con una sola cama. Además de indicarlo así en la reserva, lo recalqué mediante mensaje. No fue así ni nadie se disculpó. Me decían que podía usar el parking gratuitamente mientras me acomodaba, pero cuando fui a salir por la planta -3 la barrera no abría porque supuestamente había pasado demasiado tiempo. No hay cajero de pago en la -3, así que hay que subir a superficie sin ascensor y volver a bajar. Cuando lo comenté por el micrófono me contestó una chica:"tenías que haber sido más rápido".

No entiendo porque me envían esta valoración, solicito la devolución porque yo tenía reserva en el hotel el día 31, me presento y me indican que no tengo reserva a mi nombre y ahora me envían esta evaluación, es de tener poca vergüenza, pero me sirve para la demanda a la plataforma y al hotel, simplemente por amor propio.

En general bien

Hemos utilizado el hotel solo para dormir y en general bien, aunque las mesitas de la habitación un poco pequeñas para colocar cosas. No ha gustado la ropa de cama. En el baño hemos echado en falta champú, solo había jabón en dos dispensadores. Hemos desayunado en la cafetería y el servicio nos pareció bastante mejorable
