"Wonderful customer service!!! If you’re looking to relax- this is the place to be! The only downside is you need to take a taxi to go to the beach and taxis are not the most budget friendly in Tulum. Other places near hotel with a doable short walk when it’s not too hot ir raining."

"Staff is so friendly. Everyone was so courteous and check out isnt until 12pm which is a benefit, they arranged a driver for us as well to pick us up from the airport. I will definitely be back.
