「very nice hotel」

「Over all a nice place to stay the only problem was there wasn’t enough hot water. Had hot water for the first night but the had to take cold showers for the other two days.」

「Friendly Staff, Good breakfast and coffee available 24 hours a day.」

「Highly recommend! We came in for a wedding. They took care of the trip before even arriving. Thank you for the early check in to get ready for the wedding, front desk young woman was very nice (forgot her name but said she just had moved into clown) and very good breakfast! Hope the staff and young lady get the attention/ pay for the great service provided! Thanks again. - Daniel」

「Missing a washcloth on arrival none were available breakfast 2nd day was thin staff apologized they were out of most items」

「I didn’t catch the front desk clerks name but he was awesome, very nice to my children & I, it was Halloween and he was dressed as the cookie monster and baked cookies it seemed throughout that day. The room was a spacious size, and clean (favorite part of the room was the shower head pressure). Breakfast was nice and a good variety of options. My only complaint was the comfortability of the bed itself. Seemed hollow and you could feel the springs a little. Staff was friendly, inviting, helpful,...

「I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully.」
