10/10 Excellent
"Fantastic stay! Love the old west desert ambiance! The host Tricia was great and those are the friendliest cats I’ve ever seen especially the grayish/tan tabby!! I’d come back again 100%"

Amargosa Opera House

Amargosa Opera House

8/10 Good
"This is a delightfully quirky place to stay. Staff were wonderful, informative and helpful. The original owner, sadly deceased, was definitely an eccentric. Those who manage the property today are keen to continue her vision. The property is rundown but that did not detract from the pleasure of being somewhere, at the end of our Death Valley drive, with a bit of character."

"The hotel is very nice but it has got its best years behind. However the staff behind the reception desk and in the restaurant were amazingly polite and helpful."
