We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable. However, do note that the bath tax is not included in the booking fee and it's a compulsory payment at the property.

The service is fabulous, the property is in great condition and both kaiseki dinner and breakfast were delicious and well thought out. Within walking distance from Yuzawa Station.

Its probably a popular hotel very close to the JR station. The entrance and lobby were kinda crowded all the time. There were tons of Chinese Mainlanders, adults and kids, loud and annoying, some boys were even peeking at the female onsen entrance. However, no staff can be found on the onsen floor to manage or help.

Great hotel close to Echigo-Yuzawa station. Many restaurants close by and accessible to many ski resorts in the area. Clean modern hotel with all basic facilities. The daily 10:00pm free Raman at the onsen lounge is a nice touch!

Should consider providing self serviced laundromat for guests. Take 15-20 minutes walk to the nearest laundromat at the side of the supermarket or call a taxi to go there for laundry.

Amazing hotel in Yuzawa
Amazing hotel. Can’t speak highly enough from the traditional design, cleanliness, great service, beautiful Onsens and excellent facilities. We stayed in a bedroom with 4 beds and indoor private Onsen. Our family loved it - one of the best hotel we stayed in.

things i like: ~ onsen (5 indoor pools 1 outdoor pool, 3 private pools with no additional charge) ~ extremely clean ~ superb service things i dont like: ~ my room is the basic twin room and is quite small, though we got everything needed with extra care and attention paid by the designers and staff to tailor made every bit of furniture ~ wish can try dinner but havent booked ~ its so comfy that we are fighting with our mind to go skiing. wish to stay for much longer.

Great Hotel
FULLY recommended for excellent service and facilities. My only complaint is a hard bed. I prefer a firm mattress and have no problem with most futons. The bed here was very hard. If you're sensitive to a very firm bed, ask for extra pillows and extra futon pad... That said, everything else was top notch! Staff was outstanding - don't worry if your Japanese is weak. As I arrived walking in the rain, I was met at front of property by doorman with umbrella who walked with me from main road to hotel lobby. The staff went above and beyond to help me with a couple travel problems encountered. Facilities looked new or recently remodeled. Power outlets and USB charging in convenient locations. Onsen was awesome with multiple temperature baths (including cold), sauna and steam room. Food was authentic Japanese set meals and delicious.

整體温泉酒店很好很高級，除了大浴場外，還有3個獨立私人温泉，不設預約，先到先得，兩天的早餐接近相同，希望能改善，住宿價格略嫌太貴。

3月21日と22日連泊しました。地元の人もこの時期にこれだけの雪は珍しいよ。と言われる程雪が降って、まさに雪国でした。お料理の内容も食事の席も２日とも変わらず残念でした。　夕食の際、日本酒の試飲できてどれも美味しかったです。

数年前より気に入って利用していたが、年々質が落ちていく。越後湯沢駅から近く利便性も良い為か外国人観光客がほとんどで、マナー等もお国柄それぞれなので、日本的な質のいいサービスを求める方には向いていないいかも。 (観光客が悪い、ダメな訳ではないですよ！) 値段の割に質が落ちたと言いたいです。

The hotel is 5 mins walk away from the JR station which is extremely convenient to all passengers. The facilities are awesomely designed and well maintained. I love the build in onsen inside my room as well as the free private onsen on 6/F. The staff are well trained, friendly and professional.

식사의 질과 방의 상태가 매우 좋습니다. 그러나 온천의 상태는 특색이 없는것 같습니다. 예를들면 유황온천이라면 특유의 향이 있어서 온천에 온 느낌이 있을턴데 그냥 일반 목욕탕과 차이를 못 느끼겠습니다.

ご投稿ありがとうございます。館内のご滞在をご満足いただけたご様子安堵いたしました。温泉の泉質になりますが越後湯沢温泉は単純温泉おなりさらっとした肌触りの無色透明の泉質の為あまり温泉の感じがなかったと感じられたかと思います。一般のお風呂より湯冷めしにくく効能などもございますが分かりやすい違いが無かったかと存じます。
