"Great location. The Chinese new year festival was right next-door. There's a lovely park with an ancient tea room and art exhibit nearby. Lots of shopping and restaurants. The bed is super comfortable with excellent sheets. The toilet is amazing. Breakfast is delicious."

The team at the Westin Club Lounge deserves special recognition for their attentiveness and professionalism. I would especially like to highlight Gloria Ma, whose warm hospitality and exceptional service made my stay even more memorable. "Clean, large and beautiful rooms, very useful to have washer and dryer in the room, and staff are extremely helpful. There are no free pastries unlike in prior reviews. Compared to large hotels, price is quite high as similar price in Shanghai usually includes breakfast and more facilities."
