Bed bugs in our room. No rooms available so ended up having to leave at 1am. Traveled with family in the same car and so they had to leave as well. Still awaiting the decision on a refund for the other two rooms.

Staffs were nice and polite. However the room was a bit old, heater was dusty; soundproofing was bad, you could hear people walking and talking outside; no hair dryer no shampoo; furnitures were scratched.

The area at the back of the property was not very clean. There was dog poop all over the grass and discarded old furniture, BBQ grill etc., in the tennis court. The windows in the room were drafty and you could hear every single sound from outside. The internet went out in our room and they did send ...
