"The room is spacious but dated, and I apreciate that their staff were polite and helpful. Kudos to the housekeeping team servicing level 3, all of the staff were friendly and always greet the guests without fail. I told one of them that the toilet in my room has unpleasant smell on my way out, and she immediately worked on it. The smell was gone after I return to the room in the evening. The water temperature was also not consistence, sometimes you get only warm water at most, however the water pressure is good though. The buffet spread for breakfast is not great but acceptable, unfortunately the spread for dinner is disappointing, and the hot dishes are not refilled nor remotely hot at all, unless you try the live-cooking station. I would expected a better standard for an Accor Hotel."
