「Very nice hosts」

「Wonderful experience! The onsen was the perfect way to unwind, and the staff were wonderfully attentive. Although the cloudy weather meant we couldn't see the stars, the night tour was still an absolute blast. Looking forward to returning very soon for round two!」

「First of all. Staffs are fluent in English. Good breakfast and dinner. Room are spacious and with onsen and balcony. Onsen is great and good temperature. Site are great overall.」

「You can find pretty much everything expected from a traditional Japanese onsen hotel here: Both public and rental onsen, traditional Japanese cuisine which is delicious, friendly and helpful staffs and spacious room. The only downside is the hotel is located uphill, but they provide shuttle bus from the station upon reservation, which is nice.」

「Small BnB ran by one (two?) old ladies. Decent value for money at the expensive Yufuin region. Suitable for travellers that drive up. Dinner was fantastic for the price. Grill meat set dinner with decent portion of marbled beef. Rooms are well maintained and reasonably clean... obviously its in the countryside so you can expect some beetles, etc if you don't shut the window fully.」
