"Staff were super helpful even though language was a little barrier. Room had a beautiful view of the lake. The only thing I didn’t like was the vanity basin being positioned in the entry way (not the bathroom) - very impractical."

The B&B staff were so helpful in planning our day; it was like having a local travel consultant! We recommend buying the boat, gondola and excursion bus tickets in advance, before arriving at Sun Moon Lake. It is less expensive and will save you a lot of time, when you arrive. We were assigned a time for breakfast in order to keep the dining room from being too crowded. Breakfast was a combination of traditional Taiwanese and Western options. "

The kids enjoyed the arcade room and their tatami room bed. Staff was very helpful and arrived right away to help us with the bed when we requested it. We especially enjoyed the free bikes with children’s seats - it was so easy to bike along the boardwalk right outside, and our sons are already asking to go back. "
