Room have sewage smell when first enter

location and room was good

overall fruits were changed daily but some items were repeated during our 6 day stay They allowed me to store my luggage there a week earlier as I did not want to take it with me when travelling to other parts of the country My husband found the room light too dim so they brought a reading lamp to our room and also showed us access to English channels on tv, I mentioned in passing I slipped and fell on the incline leading to the hotel on a rainy day and the next day they installed non skid strips and thanked me for bringing it to there attentionBoth Victor and Raymond were very helpful and welcoming and I would highly recommend this hotel both for its hospitality and cleanliness

Room is small but location is great

I loved this hotel; we stayed there for five days and were sad to leave. Wi-Fi works really well. The staff are courteous. The environment is clean and comfortable. It is also accessible by bus and within a short distance from the MRT. Bring warm sleeping clothes because the rooms are very cold ❄️. Management told us the air temperature was unadjustable (even though there is a thermostat in the room), but they provided a portable heater which helped warm the room—no other complaints. Staff can also speak some English, which was a huge plus.
