「Location is good, close to shopping center.」

「This location is providing pictures and information about rooms and then switching them out for basic rooms. You pay for one thing and you get something else. Plus there isn’t anyone there at check-in? You have to wait for someone to contact you and when I asked for the room that I paid for they refused. 「Front desk said we would get our room early, but later on another staff member said we won't because they are doing deep cleaning. We ended up going into our room and there was hair on the bathroom floor and shower. Other than that, rest of the room was clean. Staff is terrible. We asked for a late check out and whoever we spoke to on the phone said it was alright only if we pay the additional $79 fee.
