Loved the bungalow- great location, great layout, very clean and comfortable. We did not have an opportunity to use the amenities on the property like the pool and the restaurant was temporarily closed which we did not know in advance. No staff on site but all communication about check in received in advance was very clear and check in process online was easy, which was the one complaint I had read about in previous reviews. It is expensive, but I would recommend it as really enjoyed the bungalow itself and location to Joshua Tree National Park.

Spacious property with panoramic views of the dessert. Nicely decorated and well equipped, with a lovely pool. Comfy bed. 3 great patio areas to sit, 1 with chairs, 1 loungers, the other a table and chairs. Great for spotting local wildlife. A big Walmart close by to stock up.

Room is very nice down to the details which include games, high quality bath products, good bed however communication with the app was confusing and difficult. The 24 hour email didn't arrive until about 6 hours prior to arrival. There is a charge for early check-in and no person to greet you when you arrive or if you have questions. Pool was ice cold and not warm as advertised. Shower was weak and cooled off too soon.
