Farmstay in Yuba County

"Very dated. Mildew in the caulking. Cracks covered in the tub. Good enough, but i was hoping it would be better. No pool or hot tub. "

"Tried to charge $10 for unsecured self parking. Said they couldn’t do anything about it, was the owners decision and only the owner could speak to the parking fee. If they want to charge for parking it should be included in rate. Listing said free self parking but really only if you park in the street off the property. An elderly couple checking in at the same time was very upset as well. "

"Breakfast was fine. Pool area needs a refresh. Staff were all extremely friendly. "

"I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. It's in a great location near shopping and lots of restaurants. There is no charge for the breakfast buffet which offers a good selection. The rooms are clean and the staff was friendly. "

"Our plane was canceled because of weather and we missed our flight. I called the hotel eight hours before and said we are stuck in Chicago. Can I please cancel my hotel reservation. The staff person was snarky, rude and told me that I was going to be charged 100% even though there was no way for me to get to Sacramento as I was stuck in Chicago. I travel a fair amount and so does my family. I was appalled by how this was handled. hard pass on this Hotel."

"The floor of our room was sticky. Very pet friendly. Breakfast buffet was not stocked well, specifically they were out of coffee the first day and out of hot water the next. To be fair, once I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, they alerted the breakfast crew and they remedied the problem. "

"The Desk staff was most accommodating and welcoming. The site is well maintained and clean. Five pillows on the King bed was nice. Breakfast was typical but did have sausage and beacon on different days. Walking distance to a couple of fast food establishments and very close to grocery shopping. Quick, easy access to the freeway. I felt comfortable with the parking."
