「Our TV was broken was never fixed and our was shower door handle came off. Cleaning staff was very loud. Front desk was friendly trying to help. They gave us a $25 voucher for food.」

「Good 」

「没啥好说的。。。。。。。。。。。。.。.。.。。。..m.m.m..................」

「The people are nice」

「I hate to give a poor review hence why I said it was just okay. I dont know what cleaning supplies are used but the smell of them never left the room. The headboard metal accents were dirty the wall next to the sink has red splatter something on it. The shower had a half full shampoo and no soap. The security latch allowed alot of space for the door to open. I carry so safety I had with me right next to me. Good thing I also carry my own bath supplies. Shower did have good water pressure....

「The room was extremely clean and there were fresh towels and everything seem to be in order. However, no maid service took place on Saturday so when we came back to the room, it had not been made up and there were new new fresh towels, and replenishment of coffee, etc.. that was a disappointment」

「We went to a concert at Hard Rock Sacramento and this Hotel is 20 minutes away, so it was really well located. The staff were really nice and there was plenty of parking. The pool needs some maintenance. Breakfast was fine. We had a great experience and we definitely will go back !」

「Everything was great employees friendly and great costumer service」

「Good employees but the place is in pretty bad shape.」

「這家的早餐讓我很喜歡，除了樣式多樣，外，這餐廳的員工工作非常的盡職，隨時可以補充餐點且擦拭桌面和檯面，讓用餐者感到她的用心。」

「Room was clean and big. Property was in need of attention. It was quite but we stayed a thursday and friday. It was fine for a 2 night stay while we attended a concert. We would stay again if we attended another put of state show.」

「There was a abandoned car that was parked in a way the curb was sticking out. My wife tripped and fell. The fall injured both knees. I put a cone that was under the stairs over curb. Office was notified.」

「The place was good but the sheets weren’t cleaned and the AC didn’t work」

「I reserved two rooms from Yuba City inn and they were unavailable when I got there. The staff stated they don’t sell rooms online on Expedia. 」

「All the towel I got were stained and dirty I didn’t use any of them I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The pillows looked very very used and dingy and I also did not use them and the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter I had to buy new sheets just to put over it to feel safe to sleep. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone including my worst enemy. Save your money.」

「the guy who helped checked us in was nice. though i feel it was different from the pictures online. there was the wall pieces coming off, the ac didn’t turn off and some buttons were missing, the lamp didn’t work, the standing lamp had no light bulb, the tv didn’t turn on. the walls are pretty thin, and the flooring is not that sturdy i’d say. its pretty loud when you walk and can hear everything from inside your room since the walls are so thin. our room did smelled like cigarettes too, so they...
