Nestled along the Rio Chama, this charming village offers easy access to the serene waters of Abiquiu Lake for fishing and boating adventures. Hikers can explore nearby Echo Amphitheater's natural acoustics before finding peaceful contemplation at Christ in the Desert Monastery's riverside sanctuary.

Nestled on a plateau between the Carson National Forest and the Jemez National Recreation Area, is the town on Abiquiu New Mexico. Mostly famous for The Ghost Ranch #ghostranch , where Georgia O'Keeffe found most of her motivation for her paintings. She was also a friend of Ansel Adams. My favorite part of our stay was watching the weather patterns change and hearing the coyotes howl at each other all the way up and down the canyon . #nationalpark
