"We were unable to get into our room till over an hour after check in time. Their reason was I picked an accessible room and the people beige us requested to stay late. That should not have kept us from being able to get into our room at check in time. The staff was rude and kept saying that I booked through a third party. Which they didn’t seem to be happy about. The pool was a mess, which we ended up not using. Will not stay at this hotel again in the future. "

"Good location to what I was in Wilmington for. The room was clean & hotel was very quiet @ night. The front desk person did a fabulous job given how busy it was & she was the only one manning the check ins & phone! Friendly staff of those I encountered."

"Breakfast was posted to start at 6:00 am. The hot entrees arrived at 6:40 and 6:50. I asked the front desk staff about the delay and he said”we start preparing at 6;00.” No, that is not acceptable because many people have breakfast before they go to work. He just shrugged. The pool area was dirty. The floor of the pool was dirty. "

"Very clean and up to date. Nice room. Walls seem slightly thin as I could hear people talking at 3 am. Breakfast was nice with nice sitting area. Parking is a half block up at a pay lot but parking is free on the street over the weekend."

"I booked the hotel for a large function because it said they have a restaurant. No restaurant. They have a restaurant but ONLY serve breakfast. The breakfast was both hot and cold. A lot of variety of breakfast food. All you can eat for $6.95. Not a good selection of Gluten Free items. Parking was self efficient and free. Room; The water in shower wasn’t hot .. barely warm. The bed was comfortable and room appeared nice. View of outside was beautiful of the pool. Not opened yet but a nice view. "
