Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
The hotel was in a very convenient location - especially for first time visitors to Tokyo. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only issue was that our experience with the staff is that they weren’t the most friendly and it was quite chaotic in the lobby with their bag storage system.

The rooms on the Annex tower do not have an air purifier and after staying at 4 other hotels having it, I was disappointed. The room was weirdly shaped but did accommodate us fine for the night. Great location. There are a lot of APA hotels in the area so anyone is fine. I chose one with an onsen which this one had and it was awesome. There was on onsen inside and one outside.
