"Staff were excellent, cannot fault them! Our room was spacious, but a couple of issues like the bidet wasn't working on the first day but it was fixed the next day. The room was very hot and a lady staff helped us by opening the balcony to let the cool air in. Also she brought a fan which was a big help! We've stayed here before and we are familiar with the area around it. We stay here before or after our cruises lime this time we did HK to Yolohama and we walked to this hotel from the terminal, very handy@"
