The building is unfathomably nice for the price. Perfwct distance from Shin Yokohama station. Very convenient. Any issue I had with the room was minor (small tv and small bathroom). Everything was clean and the staff were helpful. Everyone I talked with spoke English which is a plus for many travelers I imagine. Lively community around the hotel. Fell in love with Yokohama!

The one catch I have with this hotel is the use of the key card to activate the electricity in the room. You slide the card into a slot in the wall and the lights go on. The lights cannot be turned on and off independently. So I’d you have to get up in the night to use the washroom, you have to turn all the lights on. An the phone charging station only works with the lights on. So at night, there’s no air conditioning or phone charging. I charge my phone at night so I was surprised to find it low on charge when I needed it the most.

Watch out, most of higher class rooms are smoking
I booked a non smoking room and when I got to the hotel the room was not available. I have been downgraded to a much smaller nom-smoking room but I have not been provided any refunds.

Comfortable and peaceful
I only stayed in this hotel for 1 night. But I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The ambience was awesome and the smell of the hotel made me feel peaceful when I sleep. I will book this hotel again if I'm coming to Shin-Yokohama again! Great stay!

Very nice hotel, well priced and a good size compared to the typical Japanese hotel room of this style. My only complaint would be the location, in that Shin-Yokohama Station is much less convenient than Yokohama Station.

壁紙の剥がれが気になりました。 後、シャワーの出方が、キツかったり弱かったり、使いにくいのと、熱さ調整に苦労しました。また、排水口がすぐ詰まって、水はけが悪く、嫌な気分になりました。一緒に泊まった人が先に入ったので、その人の髪の毛が溜まっていたのかもしれないですが…

繁華街から少し外れたところにあり、静かでした。館内も静かでよく眠れました。廊下のアロマの香りは気持ちよかったです。近くにはあまり店がなかったので、少し歩いて駅前で夕食を食べました。コンビニは近くにいくつかあり、便利でした。上の階が結婚式場で、下の階がホテルという作りです。ビジネスホテルに近い感じの、でも割ときれい目の最低限はもののあるホテルでしたよ。また泊まってもいいなと思いました。

最寄り駅に到着し、傘が壊れる程の悪天候で場所がわからずホテルに2回お電話をしましが出る事もなく、少し不安になりました。チェックインの時間帯は忙しいのかもしれません。 到着してからは丁寧に対応して頂いたので良かったです。 朝食がシュウマイ弁当でしたが、シュウマイが苦手の為パンに変更しました。この時差額の返金は出来ないとの事でした。 周辺にはカフェやコンビニも多くて便利です。 室温の調整は出来ませんが丁度良い設定で快適に過ごせました。 お部屋の広さも充分あるので、荷物整理や着替え等もしやすかったです。 傘が壊れた為、フロントで貸してくださり助かりました。 チェックアウトの日には廊下でお掃除の方が笑顔で挨拶して下さり、スタッフの方々の対応は良いです。 また利用したいホテルです。

部屋もコンパクトですがきれいで清潔感もあり、良かったです。 残念だったのは、冷蔵庫が全く冷えなかったこと、寝巻きの襟がはだけすぎて着心地が良くなかったこと、シャワーの温度調節が水とお湯の蛇口が別々なのでとても難しかったことです。
