"31 Page is in a convenient location for getting to other areas in Seoul. The room was clean and comfortable. It is next to the train lines, but I wasn't particularly bothered by noise. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to sleep with cool decor."
"32°C summer, lobby was air-conditioned but the room was not. (The info booklet in the room said the aircon was hooked up to the building's central air, so we weren't allowed to control it). Couldn't imagine trying to sleep there.

"I made a reservation because I had a business trip to the Bills Hotel, but it was more than I expected.
The room was clean and quiet, so I rested comfortably, and the convenience facilities were well equipped, so I stayed without any inconvenience.
The check-in check-out was also a kiosk, so you can easily see it in English, so it was a satisfactory stay overall.

"The first room we got didnt look like the photos, was very mouldy and had peeling wall paper due to the humid environment. It was not really safe to stay in, however the staff did accommodate and relocate us to a nearby hotel for free."
"Absolutely amazing and totally recommended. The house is clean, traditional in one way so we can really experience traditional living in Korean’s house but also modern bath room. The kitchen is complete and the host provided food / breakfast which is very helpful. It is so close to palace so we can enjoy all traditional things around here. "Great staff. Clean room. I love the most of this hotel: there is no pungent scent( perfumy smell) in the lobby and other areas. I am glad that the Shilla is not doing what other five stars hotels are doing. I hope that they keep their own classic style and maintain.
Looking forward to visit again.

"The hotel has kindly free upgraded my room so that we can have more space for the baby crib and all the luggages. The residence was very nice and comfortable. Location is very convenient. The playhouse is very kids friendly as well. Highly recommended for families. "
