"What a beautiful room in a beautiful hotel! It sits above several restaurants on the private third floor. The building is like a cross between a Victorian and the New Orleans French quarter. As old as the building must be, it is fully modernized with every amenity while maintaining its classic charm. The bathroom is amazing. There’s an oversized shower with an overhead rainfall shower head AND a detachable shower head with massager on the wall. And a separate soaking bathtub. Don’t even get me started on the toilet with the multi setting bidet and heated seat!"

"This place is a dump and nothing like photos. It’s hot, dirty and needs an update. We had to change rooms 3x due to AC unit being broke and the rooms reaching over 80 degrees. The inside rooms are extremely hot, sticky damp and smell of mold and chlorine. The outside rooms while not the greatest either are definitely better than the inside. The parking lot smells like a circus is in town. Would never recommend staying here, would never come back and I feel completely scammed."

"The hotel was reasonably priced and a half hour drive from Penn State, where we had a weekend event. The location felt safe and was conveniently next door to a Rutter's. We appreciated the free hot breakfast in the hotel, which was pretty decent and better than expected. This was the first hotel room that I've stayed in where the mini fridge's small freezer compartment actually kept my ice packs frozen. However, the room felt dark and outdated, and had a perfumy smell. It is pretty bare bones and did not feel especially welcoming. The bathroom was nicer than the room and maybe had a more recent update. Overall, it was okay; I'd prefer a nicer hotel, but it worked for what we needed."
