"pictures of property were outdated, all fixtures (comodes, tubs seemed to be made for tiny people-too short) no access to ocean available, overall cleanliness ok staff friendly food and drinks way too expensive for the quality of the property. really needed upgrades"

"For insight, I have stayed at the Melia over 6 times in the past. This time the check in process was not so satisfying. We arrived approximately 20 minutes early and was told we could check but the room wasn’t ready. We waited for 45 minutes by the check in and were never told the room was ready. Finally get into our room. We noticed we have no blankets. We go downstairs and inform the new desk lady about the discrepancies. She say she will bring them up to our room right away. At around 7PM....
