「The property was in excellent condition. However, we didn’t have hot water and duvet until our last day. It took so much effort to get the hot water and a duvet. It was very cold. We were so cold for two days and layered ourselves with clothes in the night and we became sick. Everything improved when we spoke to a personal from Silkhaus. I think his name was Bosco.」
