Enjoyed my stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Reception staff was very helpful. Breakfast was disappointing, limited choice if you are a vegetarian. Overall nice and i would recommend this hotel.

Its a residential location very calm and you can walk to mushrif mall for shopping lover..its in the middle of abudbai so good place to stay if you wanna explore abudabi. Aparthotels and everything u need you will find it!

Disappointing stay!

Although my stay was only for one night, due to flying out early the following morning, I prefer to stay at an apartment due to the space it provides for families rather than a conventional hotel room. That being said, the one bedroom apartment was in a pretty poor condition, damaged kitchen worktop and drawers, a few of the walls had scuffed marks & overall looked fairly tired. The bathroom had only one hand towel between 2 bathrooms and I had to specifically request bath towels, which in my opinion is poor under any circumstances. I cannot fault any staff members, as they were accommodating with all my requests and responded appropriately. For the price paid, I didn’t think that adagio offered the level or standard required for an Accor hotel.

Spacious flat

The hotel is perfect for long stay. The 3 bedrooms apartment is really hugh, and kitchen is equipped, no carpets on all floors, no essintials in bathrooms.

Arrived at 11:30PM, just needed to rest for the night but were given a room that has literally a shared wall with the elevator shaft! Couldn't fall asleep and was too tired to request a room transfer after unpacking and unwinding...that room shouldn't be even used for guests, mind you someone coming late at night

Deceitfully communicated room offerings. According to the hotel 2 people are fine to sleep on an unfoldable couch, the explanation from their management was “if on the website it says it can sleep 4, than it can sleep 4”… what a joke

The property overall was nice, clean, and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer, two bathrooms, kitchen, and located near a small grocery store were all very convenient.Amenities available for use at Novotel were also very nice. The only Minor improvement would be in house keeping, despite having three people on our reservation the hotel would only ever leave us two towels. We had to call and request more everyday. We would definitely stay again.

Smells as you get out of the elevator hall way carpet is stained an nasty Room was very limited on towels, pillows two bathrooms but only towels in one once you check out it’s hard to get to the parking garage
