"The view from the room is mind blowing. The entire city with both Yangtze and jialing river is just in front of us. The amenity is new and high end. We had lots of fun in the swimming pool. The room is spacious with good decors and pretty much everything you need. I like the location as well since it is inside the raffles mall so dinning and shopping is just minutes away. Highly recommend"

"Had an amazing stay at Seya. The location cannot be more convenient and is at the heart of the city. The bird view from the room is breathtaking and the in-room mini swimming pool brings so much fun to our stay. "This stay exceeded expectations in every way — more than ideal for large families. Location: Perfect on all levels. Chaotianmen sits at the heart of the tourist area. The hotel restaurant opens to a private area exclusive to residents and staff, right above the public Raffles Square viewing platform, with even better views. The hotel has its own quiet entrance (distant from the mall's main entrance) yet only steps away from the mall's food court entrance. Staff: Everyone from doormen to front desk to restaurant staff was exceptionally warm, polite, and helpful. Food: The breakfast buffet, though modest, was high-quality and well-made that I could just live on it. The sitting area wasn't too large but the staff proactively arranged seats and we were able to eat comfortably every morning. Room: The 3BR suite was almost 2000 sqft, offering spacious bedrooms and a huge living room. Cleanliness: The two-person cleaning crew is very thorough yet lightning fast (10-15 minutes). Laundry & Cooking: Appliances are useful but unintuitive. There are QR codes for online instructions (just like everything else in China). In particular — the dryer's water tank must be manually emptied. View: The hotel is in the rear tower, so the front faces the other building — only side views of the river. Food & Packages: Robots handle vending machine goods, external food and package delivery to room. Fresh BBQ skewers made by a top-rated restaurant 3 mile away arrived within 30 minutes."

"Overall good stay, but could use some improvements. Finding the hotel can be difficult if not given previous instructions on how to get there, as it’s part of a larger collection of hotels in one building with designated elevators, but staff were helpful enough to provide that beforehand. Lobby is shared on the 21st floor with no restrictions on smoking, unfortunately. And we need to be patient and aware on waiting for the elevators. In regards to the room, river view was great with tall windows and a bathtub. It would be better if the bathtub didn’t move when pushed and if the light strips in that area worked too. Bathtowels and bathrobes were provided, but some hand towels would be nice for the 1st floor too. The counter on the main level looked nice and convenient, but unlevelled and appeared unsturdy. Great location for walks and shopping."
