The reception staff, especially the manager Mr. Muhammad, were incredibly friendly and supportive, always making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The room amenities were excellent. The air conditioner was quiet and efficient, and the lighting was perfect, with plenty of options to create a comfortable atmosphere. 「Für eine Nacht ist das Hotel gut. Ich denke auch, dass es genau zu diesem Zweck gebaut wurde. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind groß, mit kleiner Küche und Sitzecke. Allerdings ist alles schon in die Jahre gekommen. Yanbu selbst bietet wenig. Die historische Altstadt ist sehr klein. Am Heritage Park gibt es viele Restaurants mit Aussengastronomie.」
