Great location walking distance to the Main Street and across the road from the bowls club. Apartment was very clean, comfortable beds and all the appliances to make your stay comfortable. Great value and would book again when next in Yamba.

Great place. Comfortable bedding with good amenities and nice private beautiful room with wooden bathtub. Just noticed there were some stains on towels/ bedding. (Maybe didn’t come out properly?) Other than that, everything else was well equipped and very clean and tidy! Walking distance to shops and markets and beach. Everything was sooo close. Went during holiday period so evening restaurants around us there were at least 5 booked out. Just book in advance

Nice surprise.

The property was spotless and had everything we needed. Walkable to all amenities. Host Sue was superb. Clear and accurate communication and always willing to answer any questions we had.

Great spot for an easy stay. Can walk to everything or pack the car for a 2 minute drive to any beach if you want to be down there longer.

Peaceful, walking distance to main street, restaurants, pubs, cinema and right across from the bowl's club and ferry port. Beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Such a relaxing stay with amazing friendliness of staff.

Perfect stay on way north, good location near everything, room spacious and clean, huge bath but did not try bad knee and hip makes it hard to get out however great if fit and younger, would stay again✅

Great central location, close to restaurants, shops, clubs and the river plus Farmers Market. Room clean, huge shower, the most towels I’ve ever seen plus face washers….almost unheard of these days! Only issue for us the bed was very soft. However, the owners went out of their way to help with the problem.

Amazing location for this apartment. Parking close to your room (undercover with room for a 4wd with roof racks) and a 2 minute walk into town or the water. The room was very clean and comfortable with a nice little courtyard to enjoy the sun from

Fabulous
This was one of the best places we have stayed spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable, air con, wifi, walking distance to shops,club and other things. Manger was wonderful rang to say there was work being done in the apartment above us, which was not a worry for us but was appreciated, also available if things went wrong, but nothing did. Everything needed for a few days away, highly recommended.

We had apartment 3, it has everything you need including a washing machine. The bathroom is massive with double headed shower. Only downfall for us as the amount of noise from the birds, in the trees around the property, during the night. Something unavoidable for the hosts.

We recently spent two nights in studio apartment number 1. The unit was well set up, quiet, really clean and spacious for a studio. I wanted to give our stay 5/5 but we were a bit disappointed with the comfort level of the bed, which we felt needed a new mattress with better support. We were impressed with the number of toiletries, tea & coffee supplies and even bikkies! Communication regarding entry code etc was very good. Many thanks.
