"We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had a great time. The hotel appeared recently renovated so all the facilities were clean and in some cases brand new. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Tugba at the front desk, Tugba the events manager and Yakup the manager were great and checked in with us regularly to make sure our stay was good. "

"The hotel is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and attentive. The rooms and amenities are great and the location is perfect. The only issue we had was that the housekeeping crew did a terrible job at cleaning our room the first day we were there, they did not replace the towels, they didn’t make the bed and left trash throughout the room. "We truly enjoyed our stay at the highlight in June We got there late into the night after a very hectic few days in Istanbul. The manager at the hotel was extremely nice and accommodating . One of the rooms had a musty smell , and I asked for the room to be changed and be next door to ours since our kids were staying in that room.
