「Wenig einladend, die Besitzer spielten den ganzen Tag Karten umd wollten nicht gestört werden. Anstatt Zimmer mit Balkon bekamen wir eins im Parterre (obwohl keine anderen Gäste da waren). Zimmer feucht und kalt, TV keine Sender E/D.」

「It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. In the end I booked another night just so I got the break I had needed. So the lesson is make sure you get what you pay for and don’t let them...

「Room was very nice. Polite staff,but poor communication between them. Horrible internet. Stayed 3 nights, every time I came to the room, I had to walk to the reception to get reconnected under pouring rain. Because room was not in the same building as reception.」
