「Sehr gutes Hotel in jeder Beziehung. Deutlich besser als viele 5-Sterne-Hotels in denen wir auch schon waren. In diesem Hotel waren wir nicht das letzte Mal.」

「It’s not 5 star accommodation. We stayed in the master suite and found cockroaches in our room on 3 days during the week. I wouldn’t recommend if you have a food allergy- husband had a lot of difficulty people understanding a dairy intolerance, and was served incorrect food nearly every night we ate in the restaurants. Restaurants as a whole are very sub par- in particular the Asian was abysmal. Ordered a pad Thai and served packet noodles with a teriyaki sauce. Buffet was ok- but again if you...

「A really lovely well maintained hotel. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice. All the staff that we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. Really loved how peaceful it was in the day. The location was perfect, just the right distance for a stroll into Playa Blanca. We were given an upgrade on arrival so had access to the quiet pool, self service bar and seating area which, except for some road noise, was great. We also used the main pool a lot and the service at the bar and at lunch...

「Nice room. But I really didn’t like the cleaner simply walking in at 9am while I was getting ready for a shower. She did the same thing an hour later when I was working. Please tell staff they should at least knock and wait a few seconds for an answer before entering a room. The WiFi is not particularly good. The outdoor bars aren’t very nice and need more staff. The food was ok though nothing special.」
