A little over an hour from Bangkok is Sampran Riverside, a resort with Thai cultural shows by he river. Worlds away from the busy capital, this is a place where you can just chill and enjoy the lush gardens. It has excellent Thai food, a golf course and is very much into organic herbal products.
Colorful flowers are made of carrots, pumpkin, beet root and white onions, while the leaves made of cucumber. Vegetable carving is one of the attractions/things to do for visitors of formerly Rose Garden Riverside and now Sampran Riverside, activities to promote Thai living or culture. The visitors can watch how it is done or can try by themselves.

Friendly staff. Immaculately clean room. Nice surroundings. Variety of restaurants. Very convenient for sky train and 7/11 shops. Breakfast was included but didn't get chance to go.
