"We stayed here to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond by decorating the bed on arrival and again on his actual birthday, as well as leaving a birthday cake, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean, spacious, and the facilities were excellent. The complex is quite large, so we did get lost a few times, but this didn’t take away from the overall experience. Breakfast offered an amazing variety with something for everyone—we were truly spoiled for choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel was very convenient. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would definately visit again. "

"The resort is beautiful, pool area is huge and stunning. However this does not translate to the rooms, as our room felt very old, dated, and in need of refurbishment. Gym was also very very limited. Breakfast was nice with many options but quality could be improved. Service was excellent. One thing that really bothered us: we were put in the 6th floor, and the only way to go up and down during the day is with a funicular. There are 2 funiculars however during our stay almost aways only one was operating. We had to wait for very long periods of time (often 10-15 minutes!!!!) just to get from our room to the lobby area. That wea very annoying. "

"The property looks amazing. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The amenities are nice although the pool wasn’t that big and it was crowded. The spa offerings were ok and expensive. The breakfast had variety but the quality of the food was just ok."
