The property amenities, location and staff were amazing. Very friendly with the children and always helpful. The staff always had a smile to greet us, my kids loved the pool and rated the afternoon tea a 10 out of 10.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Vietnam. My room was beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were the highlight — warm, attentive, and always ready to help with directions, recommendations, and even small details that made the trip easier. The breakfast was delicious with both local and Western options, and the location made it simple to explore the city on foot. This is an ideal choice for travelers who value comfort and authentic experiences. I would definitely book again on my next visit to Vietnam.

Great location with really helpful staff.

Stand out for this hotel were the staff. Helpful in all respects. Position of the hotel in a shopping centre seems strange at first, but to be honest the location was awesome in the middle of district 1, but also the options for eating and shopping.

Very luxurious hotel, loved all the little attention to detail, everyone was very friendly and helpful. There is a turndown service every evening and they even leave a chocolate on your pillow. It is so close to everything in district 1, we ended up walking everywhere as it wasn’t as hot, just have to watch out for the rain. The rooftop bar was lovely, unfortunately the cathedral was being refurbished when we visited but once it is all done, it will make the view even better. And their cocktails are delicious.
