"This place was above and beyond my expectations. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The location is perfect for someone who wants a peaceful stay by the sea. The hosts Angelo and Angela are incredible. I called Angela my fairy godmother, there was absolutely nothing she couldn’t fix or help with. Lesante Classic - Preferred Hotels & Resorts

10/10 Excellent

"This was our second time staying here. We had a very nice ‘second’ stay. All of the staff were very nice. We ate breakfasts, a lunch and dinner which were all great and very accommodating to our food allergies/intolerances. We also had nice massages. The location is great and walking distance to a fun part of town and to the beach. It is also in a good location to explore other areas of the island if you have a vehicle. They offer a family pool and an adult only pool which was nice."

Grecotel LUX ME Oasis

"Great food, exclusive Grecotel only location, amazing water park, the best beach ever. Excellent al-la-carte restaurants with stunning views. Same as at Costa Botanica, it never feels too busy - you can always find a sun bed, limited queuing for drinks at the beach bar, water park with minimal queues on slides. Water activities run by a lovely family at the beach were great fun. Water temperature was perfect both in the pools and in the sea. The beach is cleaned daily so no sea weed at all. Kids loved to play near the natural springs on the beach in the sand to create rivers running down to the sea. Staff was friendly throughout. Room felt dated and some facilities are in need of upgrading which can be excused given how grant the place as a whole feels. The bed was very creaky which was a nuisance with the kids in the family room. Beach bar opens at 11am while 10.30am would have fitted better with our schedule. This is our 2nd time at a Grecotel after visiting Costa Botanica. We highly recommend both places for a family holiday with primary school children. We travelled from the UK to Zakinthos and took Levante Ferries over to Kyllini. While overall a longer journey than flying to Kalamata, the ferry is a nice experience with short taxi rides either end which avoids a long car/coach transfer."

"Very nice clean hotel. Location was perfect for the activities we had arranged. 25 min to airport, and almost the same to go downtown. Little bit noisy in some rooms that face the main street but nothing to worry about. Excellent staff very helpful but a little bit overpriced. Overall is a very good and pleasant place to stay"

"Amazing hotel with incredible staff, amenities, views, and food. Highly recommend and will be returning. The pool and beach were great, the grounds were well maintained, and the attention to detail was perfect. The staff were friendly and accommodating, in particular Peggy who made a lasting impression, she was incredible. Also the staff who served us breakfast and dinner were amazing, their service was impeccable. At the pool bar, Katarina was incredibly sweet and a highlight of our trip. We had a lovely stay, 5 stars for everything!"

"Modern base with great staff, but mixed for families with older kids We spent 8 days here in early August as a family of four. Overall, the hotel offers modern comfort and friendly service, though several aspects could be improved for family stays. Rooms: Modern, spacious, and very accommodating with comfortable beds, great storage, and an excellent shower. Housekeeping was daily and pleasant, though floors needed more thorough hoovering. Nighttime noise was an issue, with younger guests below behaving inappropriately in private swim-up pools. Dining: The restaurant is clean and well laid out with attentive, polite staff. However, the buffet area feels small, food variety is limited, there is no dedicated kids' corner, child-friendly choices are minimal, and the snack bar needs more options. Location & Amenities: Excellent location close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and activities. The pool is nice but lacks waterslides, and there is no entertainment for kids aged 6+. Additionally, while the staff were welcoming, we experienced uncomfortable staring from some Eastern European guests towards our mixed-race family. A solid, clean hotel, but better dining variety, more activities for older children, and less nighttime disruption would improve the family experience."
