「My stay was extra ordinary. Staff were extremely courteously especially the reception, security, breakfast attendants and those in housekeeping. Breakfast was amazing Rooms were spacious and clean」

The flush was leaking and the entire room had a foul seepage smell.We had to shift in a room designed for differently able people which was comparatively a lot more smaller. The drain was blocked and overflowing in the shower area. Green tea was not available. Overall pathetic experience .I want a refund . 」
