The room is small but but the bed is comfortable. The shower fades in and out. It is inconveniently situated. There is no decent restaurant nearby so the hotel expects you to eat its overpriced, mediocre food. The staff was not helpful

Good value for money

Clean rooms and polite staff. I got a room with a nice view of the greenery and mountains so that was a bonus. Housekeeping should ensure toiletries are stocked up before the guest checks-in. In my case , there was only a bottle of soap in the bathroom with no other toiletries. Even the toilet paper was 1% left and there was no spare roll kept in the toilet. Other than these small issues , the stay was comfortable and I encountered no other issues.

Don’t like Expedia too much

Check in needs to smoother especially for guests checking in late. We had some tos and fros with smoking/ no smoking; check in staff declined our request for a non smoking room but when their key card didn’t work; magically came up with a non smoking room. The ardor of the check in staff could have been way better too. The hotel manager took the pain of calling us and defending themselves on their action- stating that our booking was through Expedia and no such amenities are guaranteed. Easily my worst experience in a while being gold/ platinum member on most hotel chains. If I were Expedia, I’d give this hotel a pass from my listings.

A solid stay in a brand new property

We had a business stay of a week at this property with two rooms. Both of us were impressed that the level of a Ibis property in India can actually be higher than in Europe. Free amenities, good spacious room, the fantastic Ibis bed and the staff kept it clean during our entire stay. The food at the restaurant is good and well priced for an hotel. We will be back again and just hope the property can do enough maintenance and up keeping to make sure quality levels won't go down.
