「Arrived at hotel around 1pm, staff was on lunch break. Check in only starts at 3pm Not only car part and curtains were full of stains, also mould in the bathroom. The sink area was obviously not clean. Last but not least, there was a bottle of unfinished coke in the fridge and a used plate In a drawer Staff were nice thought. Breakfast starts 6:30-9am, staff offered take out but have to inform the kitchen 1 day. 」
