"Great service! we were allowed to check in early, and even had a room upgrade! we didn't know where to start exploring zhang jia jie and the nature park and was promptly guided based on the number of days we had planned. everything was arranged - itinerary, cable car rides, how to get from point to point, excellent! room was in great condition - clean, lots of amenities, and fantastic view. breakfast was plenty good too. kudos to the team for your curated service and ensuring we've had a worry-free stay and experience. Would recommend for those who wish to visit the national forest park to stay here."

"We really enjoyed the stay. Our unit has 2 en-suite bedrooms that worked well for my family. The property is vey clean, staffs are super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Free pickup and drop off to the east gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park is a great service. We thoroughly enjoyed the complementary tea tasting session: high quality local teas, and excellent conversation about tea culture and local minority people’s cultures and heritage. Will stay here again on our visit to the magnificent national park. "

Sara contacted me once I booked and she help me with everything from airport transfer to getting a private guide for the national forest on a days notice! If you get the chance ask for terry he was very knowledgeable of the park and the city and was an amazing guide and experience of my trip!"

"Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly.
