"Parking was easy to find, good signs all around though very dear £15 per night, Staff were neither here or there , I didn’t feel particularly welcomed,they just did the job, The room size was decent, mattress did have a few stains on it and I found some strands of hair though that’s to be expected .Breakfast was decent!"

"I didn’t know they had a vegan breakfast option was my son want a sausage and it was pork they should put a sign for people who do not eat pork or ham there i a vegetarian option on request "

"The check-in was quick and easy. The room was lovely and big and had a lovely view looking out over Birmingham. The extras ordered were loved by my wife as they were a surprise for her. The bathroom had a bit of damage but it did not matter ie damage to bottom of bathroom door, a tiny bit of paint peeling off the wall. The room was very clean. Shower temperature could have been hotter than it was."
