Beautiful rooms. I fell in love immediately and booked 2 more nights. Auto flushing toilet. Automatic drape open & close by command. Lovely decorated with antique bathtub & chair. extremely large shower and private bathroom. The staff was delightful. Many wonderful dining places within 5 minutes walk. there are 2 banks nearby, lots of convenience stores, shopping malls and night market. walking distance to West lake and many boat riding options. Truly wonderful experience. A (5 star hotel) at $35! I felt very much at home. highly recommended.

Though the cleaning staff did NOT take out the trash before I arrived (there was already rubbish in the bin when I entered) and previous occupant’s hair was found in multiple places. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was ok, offered both western (toast and hash browns) ..."
