superb hotel
staff were brilliant, really helpful and friendly. room always cleaned before we returned each day and restocked with water, toothbrushes and razors etc. would use this hotel again. location was good, easy to get taxi's(really cheap). Best holiday ever had as Chinese people are so nice and welcoming. wish we had stayed longer as so much to see, 2 weeks wasn't enough!

호텔스.캄을 이용하지 않는 맹세.
중국내 예약 시스템이나 이 호텔과 Hotels.com 과 중국내 연결하는 에이전트가 문제가 있음. 트윈베드로 예약을 했는데 이 호텔 기록에는 싱글침대로 기록되어 있어 비니지스 여행자는 주의가 요망됨. 특히 트윈베드가 없다고 하면서 옵션 사항이라고 추가 간이 침대에 대해서 추가요금을 호텔예약 가격의 50% 이상을 받음. 예약 취소도 안되다고 하면서 배째라하는 이 호텔과 이런 호텔스.캄에 대해 가능하면 이용하지 말거나 예약할때 보험증권을 자세히 읽는 작업이 선행됨. 특히 싱글침대와 트윈침대를 이해하지 못하는 호텔예약 시스템에 대해 웃지도 못하는 상황이 발생함. 호텔스.캄에 올려진 사진이 뽀샵이 되어 실제 호텔과 다름. 호텔스.캄과 중국내 예약 시스템에 근본적인 문제가 있음. 이것은 직감이지만 의도적인 작품으로 추정됨. 차라리 이럴거면 오성급 호텔을 예약하시기를 주위에 이 정도 비용으로 엄청 호텔이 많음. 특히 불만 사항을 접수하는 상담원은 친절하기는 하나 공식적인 답변만 하는 이런 조직으로 운영되는 호텔.캄이 세계적인 기업리라는 것이 너무 우습다. 일단 귀국하면 호텔스.캄의 사장과 면담을 요청할 예정임. 나는 이번 기회로 다시는 호텔스.캄을 이용하지 않을 것으로 맹세함. 밑에 보니 엑슾

Huone oli siisti ja taso hyvä (ehkä koska se oli de Luxe). Hotelli muuten hyvä mutta sijainti oli todella huono. Hotels.com kartalla oli ilmoitettu väärä sijainti. Vaikea saada taksi. Mitään kiinnostava lahistöllä.
