"After 20h of traveling, we managed to find the place. It is hidden inside a building at the 30th floor, without any clear indication. Nobody spoke English. We get there, the confirmed reservation did not apply, and they were at full capacity. On the phone with Expedia. Nightmare. They start yelling at us to leave, the Manager's wife was a total wench. We were polite. Finally manager walks us to a nearby hotel and leaves us there to deal with it. Expedia again, which agrees to pay for the rooms....

"Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. Everything is basic no frills. Breakfast was so so. Had a 1 bedroom double bed apartment and only 1 breakfast was included. Best go for twin bed for 2 breakfast but not worth it. No complaints and no compliments, just a plain simple apartment hotel."
