"This is the 4th time I’ve stayed here and the staff are great. Tao always goes above and beyond to help my partner and I with a great room upgrade if available I will always stay here when in Brighton. The lanes are directly at the back entrance of the hotel and the beach and all of the bars & restaurants are directly opposite the front entrance Great location"

"A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for us and our dog. Breakfast was excellent especially the scrambled egg on sourdough with field mushrooms. Will book again.🙂"

"The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and ready to help with any inquiries to make the stay easy. Check in was very quick. Free car parking a great bonus! Easy walk to a lot of attractions. Would definitely recommend others to stay there."

"Great hotel on a moderate budget. Wonderful food but room was a little old fashioned and tired. Bar closes early so not great for evening chats/social time. Location was great for amenities and breakfast was great but terrible weak coffee and £4.50 extra for a proper cappuccino/latte."
