「The Hotel does need renovation to compete with newly build hotel chain. The room size is descend, but the furniture is old and has many scratch. If can do some renovation, I am sure can bring back many more customers.」

「5 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes walk to town centre, staff were average, not active enough, could be better. Room was big , but accessories could be improved」

「Spotless warm cosy room on a cold Winters night. I like the chalet style rooms in the courtyard area which are dog friendly as you can just pop out to water the dog on the vast lawn area. Feels more like a “little house”. We had a huge bathroom in room 6, with a separate double shower cubicle and bath. Again lovely and warm radiator in bathroom. 「A very comfortable experience with very nice service, and clean rooms all around. We requested for a sofa bed in the room but it wasn’t made at the time of arrival; fortunately the staff quickly made one for us.」
