「Helpful staff, clean, nice rooms and good parking」

「You may think on first seeing it that’s just a pub, it’s great, and the owners are very welcoming and friendly, if we’re going to Malvern or the area again we would definitely book again.」

「No heating no soap no toilet roll uncleared room and drinking facilities supposed to be a double 2 single beds 1 of which was a metal camp bed leaking water in bathroom it was a joke could,not find anyone to complain to about the none existence of the breakfast we paid for but did not get」
