"It's a really lovely hotel, and the staff are all welcoming and attentive. The room was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in, with lots of thoughtful touches. One complaint: the room had no real chair to sit in, to read or just to sit; only a backless stool. A comfy chair is a necessity!"

We wanted to do so again, but they don't cook on Bank Holidays. We weren't told this in advance, which is the only slight negative about our stay. . "

"Late arrival was no problem and we were able to store our luggage after check out to finish touring the town. Staff made sure someone helped us up the stairs with our luggage and were willing to provide all we needed. The only thing that was tricky was half our bed was lopsided, so my husband felt he was falling out of his side."

"The Priory was a delightful find situated in the Herefordshire countryside about 4 miles from Hereford. We stayed in one of the self-contained apartments which was both comfortable and well-equipped. The owners were very helpful and responded very quickly to questions we had pre-arrival including a recommendation for an evening meal at the Bell Inn in Tillington. "

"Location was excellent. The cliff railway is unique. We’re were visiting the Kinver edge rock house National trust, it was only 9 miles away which was good. Nice pub restaurants close by. Breakfast at the hotel was really nice. You place your order the night before and it is cooked fresh just for you. Lovely "

"Brandon Lodge is a very comfortable, clean and tidy place to stay. We had a garden room and although it’s off of a main road it was very quiet. I slept very well. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. We hope to stay again later in the year."

"Lovely little guesthouse. Others may be a block or two closer to the old town, but we were fine to walk the extra distance. Host was helpful and kind to us, even upgrading our room, and the breakfast was tasty and substantial."

"Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."

"It was a good size room with a useful kitchen and easily fitted a.family of four, the place was near the bullring but area is a little sketchy after dark."
