"Staff was not available to check in at front desk until about 20-25 mins after we arrived . We had a funeral to attend at East Laen at 5pm and we needed to drop off our items after a long drive . We were very Disappointed with the check -in. Front desk person mention he was in the restroom. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay with the exception of being able to hear the people above us. They were running around after 1PM and moving furniture. The bed was too soft, need a firmer bed. In the AM you could hear all the doors slamming, maybe put a damper on the doors. But we had to get up so that was not a big deal since we were up. But otherwise it was clean, nice size, room was cool. We would return. Breakfast was good - but people hoarded food, but the staff were working hard and appreciated them - so get there early. "
